Abstract

The main treatment modality of gestational trophoblastic tumor is chemotherapy. But with occurrence of major complications and resistant cases in treatment cycles, other method of treatment, adjuvant surgery or radiation. may helpful. We have experienced the radiation treatment of chemotherapy resistant patients without any complication, so we report with a brief review of literature.
