Abstract
- Diabetic muscle ischemia (DMI) is a rare complication of diabetes mellitus that presents as excruciating leg pain. Owing to its rare occurrence, DMI is seldom recognized. Here, we present two cases of DMI with a view to promote prompt diagnosis, thereby avoiding the need for patients to undergo unnecessary examinations.
