Computed tomography of posterior fossa tumor

Abstract

58 cases of proven primary posterior fossa tumor examined by CT scanner were analyzed. The CT appearance inacoustic neurinoma, trigeminal neurinoma, meningioma, dermoid, astrocytoma, hemangioblastoma, medulloblastoma, andependymoma are described and the differential diagnosis are discussed.
