Abstract

The psychotic symptoms, which developed in 69-year-old man who had taken dopaminergic medication for Parkinson's disease over 10 years, were successfully treated with low dose of clozapine. Besides a full recovery from the psychotic symptoms, the tremor, his major parkinsonian symptom was also decreased to the tolerable degree without requiring adjustment of dopaminergic drug. We report this case with a review of the literatures on the treatment of dopaminergic psychosis in Parkinson's disease.
