Recently we experienced a case of osteopertrosis in a 4 year old child, who has had progressive pallor, growing abdmoinal mass, exophthalmos, and growth retardation. And the hematologic and roentgenographic study showed severe anemia and generalized, sclerotc changes of the entire skeleton. The literature on this subject was reviewed briefly.
