Abstract

The occurrence of conjoined twin is very rare and most do not survive. Prenatal diagnosis of conjoined twin is difficult. But early prenatal diagnosis and assessment for shared vital organs are desirable for optimal obstetrical counseling and management. We have recently met two cases of conjoined twins, cephalothoracopagus syncephalus and thoracopagus. So we report these cases with brief review of the literatures.
