Marfan's Syndromne

Abstract
- Five cases of Marfan's Syndrome were presented. The syndrome first described by Marfan (1896) is not a common condition. We experienced recently 5 cases of it. 3 cases of these occured in a family, and the others were different. The youngest in this series was 11 year-old and oldest 56 years. Four were male and one was female. In all cases, the characteristics are the lens dislocation, visual disturbances and an elongation of the long bones. The cases developed in a family, rarely reported in the literature, so we reported it.
