A 25 year old female patient, suffering from severe low back pain associated with radiation pain to posterior aspect of both legs, was diagnosed as a giant cell tumor and treated with total laminectomy with radical removal of mass and radiotherapy resulting in good prognosis. And the literatures were reviewed.
