Abstract

Cardiac rhabdomyoma is the most common primary tumor of the heart in young children; however, it accounts for only 0.04% of all pediatric neoplasm. About 30~60% of all cardiac rhabdomyoma occur along with tuberous sclerosis. Cardiac rhabdomyoma is one of reasons for non-imune fetal hydrops. We report a case of fetal hydrops combined with intracardiac rhabdomyoma and tuberous sclerosis diagnosed prenatally from ultrasound. The tumor was diagnosed at 35weeks of gestation.
