Two Case of Marfan's Syndrome

Abstract

Marian's syndrome is a collagenous herelitary disorder characterized by skeletal defects, cardiovascular defects and ocular defects. Recently, autbors expedenced two cases of Marian's syndrome with 10 year old girl and 30 year old man. In both cases, the characteristic findings were lenticular dislocation with coloboma and opacity, visual disturbance, elonption of long bone, fingers and toes. The clinical findings, the result of surgical treatment and brief review of literature were reported as follows.
