Abstract

Pseudoangiomatous stromal hyperplasia is a benign, localized fibroblastic and myofibroblastic overgrowth that occurs almost exclusively in premenopausal women as a painless, palpable intramammary mass. Pseudoangiomatous stromal hyperplasia is rarely presented as a localized mass. We describe the clinical, mammographic, sonographic and histologic findings of a case with pseudoangiomatous stromal hyperplasia presented as a giant breast mass in a 46-year-old woman.
