Histologically, it was mostly composed of mature fatty tissue intermingled with small amount of fibrous and smooth muscle components in an irregularly reticular pattern. A case of lipoleiomyoma of the uterus identified preoperatively by ultrasound and computed tomography and confirmed by pathologic finding is presented and reviewed.
