Two Cases of Leser-Trelat sign localized on the scalp

Abstract
- The eruptive appearance of numerous seborrheic keratoses, the sign of Leser-Trelat, has been regarded as a reliable cutanous markers of internal malignancy. We, recently, experienced two cases of multiple seborrheic keratoses occuring on the scalp in 31- and 44-year-old men who had Hodgkin's lymphoma and metastatic adenocarcinoma of unknown origin on the right axilla, respectively.
