Abstract

Pan-spinal epidural abscesses are uncommon, but can rapidly progress to complete paraplegia with poor outcomes. Hence, early diagnosis and appropriate treatment are important. We successfully treated a case of pan-spinal anterior epidural abscess with pyogenic spondylodiscitis through surgery. We report this rare case with a review of relevant literature.
