Ultrasound Images after Rotator Cuff Surgery: Usefulness of Postoperative Follow-Up

Abstract
- Rotator cuff surgeries are steadily increasing yearly, and the opportunity to undertake ultrasound examinations for patients is also increasing. In addition, as the diversified methods for rotator cuff surgery are being developed, primary medical clinics encounter patients who have undergone different rotator cuff surgeries. Considering the usefulness of ultrasound, i.e., the accuracy of diagnostic, safety, and financial accessibility, it is still a useful diagnostic tool after surgery. Therefore, understanding the ultrasound findings according to the surgical method will help diagnose the patient. Therefore, the authors introduce the surgical methods for the rotator cuff and corresponding ultrasound images after the cuff repair surgery.
