Respiratory Manifestations and Chest X-Ray Findings in the Metastatic Lung Malignancy

Abstract

1. Cholioepithelioma was the premier position which showed 37 % metastasis, next breast cancer was seen in 26 %. Leukemia was 9% Kidney tumor, stomach cancer, hepatoma and done tumor were rare. 2. Radiologic pattern: 66 cases showed single and multiple nodular and mass like. The pleural invasion, atelectasis, lymphangitic type were rare. 3. Respiratory symptoms: 24 cases were complained dyspnea, next cough and sputum, chest pain and hemoptysis in these order.
