A Study of Pulmonary Function in Normal Young Persons

Abstract

In order to establish predicted normal values of parameters derived from forced expiratory curve & maximal expiratory flow volume curve were performed on 50 third decade males and 50 late second decade and early third decade females. Based upon the relation of parameters to age (in years) & height (in cm) the following regression equation for the prediction of the normal values in males and females were obtained.
