Author report the applicable utility of Turkel's needle bone biopsy trephine set for bone biopsy. diagnostic value of this procedure and histopathologic findings of the results. Complication after this procedure was not found. Histopathological diagnosis can be established in 27 specimens and it can not be completely confirmed 4 specimens and must be verified by some other means, and also it can not be made in 3 specimens. Therefore the percutaneous bone biopsy with Turkel's needle is considered more beneficial, casier, and economic one than the open biopsy. Also it is the useful diagnostic tool, which easily can be used even at private practice.
