Four Cases of Multiple Myeloma

Abstract
- Multiple Myeloma is considered most common malignant bone tumor which has predilection for the flat bone in old ages. We are experienced 4 cases of multiple myeloma which was multiple involvement in generalized skeletal system especially in flat bone. Myeloma cell was appeared in smear of bone marrow aspiration in all cases. Treatment was unsatisfactory with cytoxan in 2 cases and with steroid in another 2 cases.
