Abstract

Authors presented 32 cases of sesamoid tenosynovial ganglia of the flexor tendon sheath in the hands. Among them, 30 cases were treated by needle rupture successfully in the first instance. Two cases were surgically excised, but these two cases were clinically mis-diagnosed to be trigger finger, and were submitted to surgery without attempting needle-rupture.
