Abstract

Bronchgenic cyst is a rare congenital or acquired disease which shows a large, smooth, round or ovalshaped soft tissue mass density without calcifications in the mediastinum or in the lung parenchyme on simple chestroentgenography. There has not been reported in the recent some years the case of bronchogenic cyst whichcoexisted in the mediastinum and lung parenchyme. We experienced a case of multiple locations of bronchogeniccysts in the mediastinum and lung parenchyme in a patient. The one was located in the superior and posteriormediastinum, and the other was located in the anterior segment of the right upper lobe.
