Abstract

Tuberculoma of the septum pellucidi is unusual in location and has not been reported. Septal tuberculoma wasappeared to mimikking a colloid cyst on CT scan. So it should be included for differential diagnosis of the Weexperienced one case of tuberculoma arising from the septum pellucidi and report this case with brief review ofthe literatures.
