Cranial meningioma of unusual location: two cases report

Abstract

We report two cases of meningioma in unusual location: one, 2-year-old male patient, revealing a well defindmass in deep Sylvian fissure with no dural attachment. Two 50-year-old female patient, manifesting as expansilediploic mass with a small intracranial extension, suggestive of diploic origin of the tumor. The radiologic findings and a brief review of the literature are presented.
