METHODS
For this study, data were collected from 196 transfer nursing students from Busan and South Gyeongsang Province Data collection was done during the period from September to December, 2015. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients and multiple regression.

The results showed that for critical thinking gender (t=2.48, p=.014), age (F=2.90, p=.044) and club activities (t=2.05, p=.041) were significant. Stress adaptation was significant according to academic year (F=3.81, p=.025). Critical thinking, self-concept and stress adaptation had positive correlations.
