Abstract

Garlic is a well known edible plant and has been used as a herbal medicine. It is a member of Liliaceae which contains allylpropyldisulfide, diallyldisulfide and allicin which can induce allergic contact dermatitis or primary irritant dermatitis applied topically. A 53-year-old female patient was presented with vesicles, crust and erythema on her left buttock.
