Abstract
- Seborrheic keratosis is a common skin disease in the elderly, and when multiple lesions are present, scattered distribution is the rule. Here we present a case of seborrheic keratosis showing zosteriform distribution. The patient was a 41-year-old female whom since childhood presented multiple brownish or black colored papules on her right back. The papules were linearly grouped, thereby showing zosteriform distribution. The histopathologic findings revealed a typical acanthotic type of seborrheic keratosis. As we know, this type of distribution in seborrheic keratosis has not been reported so far.
