A Case of Juvenile Granulosa Cell Tumor of Ovary

Over 80% of the granulosa cell tumors are encountered in over 40 years of age, and on;y about 5% before the age of nonmal puberty. Approximately 90% of the prepuhertal tumors & many of those found in under the 30 years of age have clistrictive histologic features tlmt differ from those of the typical granulosa cell tumors encoun tered in older . A case of 13 years old nulliparous who has a juvenile granulosa cell tumor of ovary is presented with brief review of literarures.
