Abstract

Aggressive angiomyxoma is a rare neoplasm of undetermined etiology that occurs mainly in the female perineum and pelvis. It has an infiltrative margin and tends to recur but does not metastasis. We report a 42-year-old woman who presented with a mass arising at perineum. The mass was excised and there is no evidence of recurrence 10 months after surgery.
