Abstract

A Case of chronic subdural hematoma in infant was represented. The response to repeated subdural punctures, burr hole drainage and then membranectomy through osteoplastic craniotomy was not satisfactory due to cerebro-calvarial disproportion. Afterward the hydrocephalus of communicating type was developed. It could be controlled with the lumbar subarachnoid-peritoneal shunt operation.
