A Case of Multiple Liver Metastasis from Ureteral Tumor

Abstract

Urothelial tumor developes from bladder, renal pelvis, calices, ureter and urethra. Especillary primary ureteral tumor are relatively rare. Primary transitional cell car- cinoma of ureter mainly spreads to pelvic lymphatics. Transitional cell carcinoma occurs predominantly man and arises from bladder. In the case of metastatic liver carcnoma, primary carcinoma arises from G-I tract, lung, breast and melanoma. We experienced one case of ureteral TCC and metastasis to liver. We report the case of primary ureteral TCC metastasis to liver with the review of literature.
