Abstract

We report a case of primary non-Hodgkin's lymphoma of the lacrimal sac. A 62-years old woman was admitted complaining of epiphora and swelling of the lacrimal sac area. Orbital computed tomography demonstrated a 2.7 x 1.3 cm sized lacrimal sac mass. Lacrimal sac and a part of nasolacrimal duct were excised. Histopathologic examination revealed a diffuse large B-cell type of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma which was positive for LCA, CD20, CD79 and BCL-2. After surgery, the patient was treated with radiotherapy. No recurrence of lymphoma was detected until postoperative 6 months.
