A Golf-Related Multiple Spinous Process Fracture (Clay-Shoveler's Fracture) of Cervico-Thoracic Spine: A Case Report

Abstract

There has been a rapid increase in popularity of Golfer in South of Korea, from 1.25-1.95 million in 2004 to 3.0-3.5 million in 2007. According to golf's growing popularity, physicians need to be aware of golf-related injuries. We report an unusual case of multiple isolated cervical spinous process fractures after golf with 4 years serial radiographic follow up.
