Abstract
- Presentation of penile incarceration with metal objects such as steel bushings or iron pipe is a recurrent worldwide phenomenon. Non-metallic thin objects are easy to remove but can cause severe injury. Metal objects are difficult to remove, but the injuries usually are less severe. Treatments are variable according to the level of penile trauma. We present an unusual case of an 87-year-old man with penile incarceration by both metal and plastic objects.
