Abstract
- Spontaneous hemorrhage from adrenal tumor is most commonly due to rupture of a pheochromocytoma and sometimes due to adrenocortical carcinoma or adrenal cyst. We report 2 cases of spontaneous retroperitoneal hemorrhage that resulted from adrenal tumor, one is an adrenocortical carcinoma and the other an adrenal cyst. They showed atypical imaging features on ultrasonography or computerized tomography.
