A Case Of Subconjuntival Sparganosis Mansoni
Abstract
- One case of subconjunctival sparganosis mansoni is reported. The patient, 11 aged male, had fregnently been instillated by frog's raw emulsion for the purpose of the therapy of chronic conjunctivitis. The patient has complained of lacrimation, conjunctival edema, exophthalmos, ptosis, yellowish bean-larged tumor on upper fornix and extensive headache, at night. After incised conjunctiva with the presumption of retrobulbar abscess, found a comhng out Sparganoeis mansoni, 23 cm of lengti and 2~3 mm width.
