Abstract

Abnormal position of the scrotum is usually associated with severe proximal hypospadias. Up to now, surgical correction of scrotal transposition usually ends with the urethral meatus in the perineum or penoscrotal junction. We present an experience of total reconstruction of incomplete scrotal transposition, superficial chordee and perineal hypospadias in a child with a previously repaired imperforate anus. This patient had minor complications such as small fistula at penoscrotal junction, skin necrosis around the neomeatus, superficial wound infection, all the which healed expectantly in a month.
