Abstract
- Imaging modalities rarely demonstrate air in the pancreas. We describe a case of pancreatic air in an infant with
congenital duodenal web by duodenum-pancreatic duct reflux. Ultrasonography revealed air as a strong echogenic
line in the main pancreatic duct. Innumerable echogenic foci were diffusely scattered in the pancreas.
