A Case of Aberrant Lacrimal Gland

Abstract
- Ectopic or Aberrant lacrimal gland, which has been observed in the eye and in various sites on the ocular adnexa is an unusual congenital and developmental abnormality. The authors have recently experienced one case of Aberrant lacrimal gland in the upper and lateral quadrant of the bulbar conjunctiva involving the cornea on right eye in a 10 year old Korean girl. It was reviewed clinically with the literature.
