A Case of Wilms' Tumor in Adult

Abstract
- Adult Wilms' tumor unlike that of childhood, is a rare disease and there is controversy as to whether all these are indeed truly Wilms` tumor or in actually represent sarcomatoid renal carcinoma. The pathologic hallmarks of this neoplasm are distinctive and it is histologically similiar to the childhood tumor. The therapeutic guidelines that govern childhood Wilms` tumor should be applied to adult Wilms` tumor and prognosis is worse than that of childhood. A case of Wilms' tumor in 24 year-old female was presented.
