Bradycardia Produced by Atropine and Scopolamine in Man

Abstract

The minimal doses of atropine and scopolamine required for bradycaria in man were compared. The minimum dose is 0.1mg. for atropine and 0.05 mg for scopolamine, indicating that scopolamine is more potent than atropine in producing bradycardia.
