Abstract

Neurilemmomas are neurogenic tumors that arise from schwann cells of nerve roots. They commonly occur in the head and neck, extremity, mediastinum, and retroperitoneum area, but rarely, they occur in the gastrointestinal tract. In the gastrointestinal tract, the most common site is the stomach. They also occur in the small intestine, mesentery, and appendix. Recently, we have experienced a very rare case of neurilemmoma arising from the hepaticoduodenal ligament. We report this case with a review of literature.
