Abstract

Endoscopic sympathicotomy is the choice of the treatment for hyperhidrosis. There are some
recognized risks such as Honer's syndrome and Hemopneumothorax; however, Chylothorax has
very rarely been reported after thoracic sympathicotomy. We recently encountered a case
of chylothorax. Early diagnosis and prompt treatment is noteworthy.
