Abstract

If the appropriate reduction for the craniofacial bone fractures were not done in time, it would result in craniofacial deformities, most of which are the disharmony of the craniofacial skeleton accompanied by bone defect. Many clinicians usually treat it by corrective osteotomy such as Lefort II or III osteotomy and autogenous bone graft which are iliac bone graft, rib bone graft, fibular bone graft, calvarial bone graft and so on. This is a case of the reconstruction of posttraumatic craniofacial deformity corrected by modified Lefort II and III osteotomy and iliac bone graft.
