Especially, old people whose capillary vessels are weak and elasticity of skin is poor or patients that have the problem of blood coagulation are usually occur these 74 years old woman who have used aspirin for treatment of hypertension visited oral and maxillofacial department due to traumatic facial hematoma with the skin necrosis.
