The formation of a pretibial ganglion cyst after the reconstruction of an anterior cruciate ligament is an uncommon complication which may be a result of the degradation of the biodegradable screw or a variety of other reasons. The authors report a case of a significantly large pretibial cyst, which probably occurred as a result of no treatment over a long period, along with a description of the clinical manifestations and radiologic finding
