Abstract

Wilms' tumor is a renal parenchymal neoplasm. In about 75 percent of cases, the diagnosis is made between 1 and 5 years of age. Wilms' tumor in adult occurs rarely and has a poorer prognosis. We report a case of Wilms' tumor on right kidney in a 44-year-old man and who was treated with radical nephrectomy and chemotherapy (vincristine and actinomycin D).
