Abstract

Although determining the type of lymphoma has a large impact on the patient’s treatment and prognosis, diagnosing lymphoma with overlapping morphological and immunophenotypic features between B-cell and T-cell lymphoma poses occasionally a significant diagnostic challenge. Herein, we present an aggressive lymphoma case with diagnostic difficulty among angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma, diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, and plasmablastic lymphoma.
