Abstract

Through academic presentations, we have the opportunity to convey to the audience our research results or the latest knowledge in a specific field. Preparing for an academic presentation is a very burdensome and time-consuming task, but being selected as a speaker should be considered an honor because it means that you have been recognized for your outstanding academic achievements and knowledge in the field. On the other hand, speakers also have an obligation to provide valuable information to the audience gathered to listen to the presentation. Therefore, all speakers should strive to convey information as efficiently as possible, and when they do so, their work will be considered excellent. The following points should be heeded as important for a great presentation: 1) set the direction, scope, and level before preparing the presentation, 2) be punctual for the presentation, 3) create easy-to-read slides, 4) make the presentation fun.
