Bilateral Clavicular Fracture Related to Birth in Newborn: A Case Report with Literature Review

Abstract

The clavicle is the most common fractured bone during delivery process. Neonatal clavicular fractures are mostly unilateral, whereas bilateral fractures are extremely rare. The authors experienced bilateral clavicular fractures in a newborn with no special risk factors for clavicular fracture. We report a case of bilateral clavicular fractures which is a very rare form of common fracture related to birth in newborns with literature review.
