Abstract

After a clavicle fracture, there is no abnormality at the time of injury, but delayed neurovascular damage can occur, albeit very rarely. The authors report a patient with thoracic outlet syndrome due to compression of the neurovascular structure caused by a callus formed after a clavicle fracture two months after the injury, and the patient was treated with a partial clavicle resection.
